You’ll need:

  • ½ lemon
  • 3 teaspoons baking soda

Squeeze the juice from half of a lemon into a bowl and add the baking soda. Stir until it becomes a thick paste (add a little more baking soda if needed). Apply the mask to your face and leave on for 15 minutes. Rinse off with warm water and apply a moisturizer.

2. Acne Healing Mask

You’ll need:

  • 3 uncoated regular-strength aspirin tablets
  • Honey

Put 3 aspirin tablets in a bowl and pour 1 to 2 teaspoons of water over them so they dissolve. Once they’ve dissolved, add a few drops of honey and stir. Apply the mask to your face and leave it on for about 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse off with warm water and apply a moisturizer.

3. Acne Scars Mask

You’ll need:

  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix together the honey, nutmeg and cinnamon in a bowl. Apply the mask to your face and let it sit for 20 to 30 minutes. Rinse off with lukewarm water and apply a moisturizer.

4. Oily Skin Mask

You’ll need:

  • 1 egg yolk (the yellow part of an egg)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup oatmeal

Mix together the egg yolk, honey, olive oil and oatmeal in a bowl. Apply the mask to your face and let it sit for 20 minutes. Rinse off with cold water and apply a moisturizer.

5. Acne Prevention Mask

You’ll need:

  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tomato

Wash the carrot and the tomato, and cut the tomato in half. Blend them together in your blender or food processor until the mixture becomes a smooth consistency. Carefully empty the mixture into a bowl. Apply the mask to your face and leave on for 15 minutes. Rinse off with cold water and apply a moisturizer.
