I think that the title says it all. Haha

It’s up to you personally but one thing I’ve done in the past is read a chapter of the bible a day. I’m not sure exactly how much time you should spend in prayer, but if I were you, I’d pray until I have no more words to say. In fact it is good that we pray continually because it deepens our relationship with Yahweh. Maybe you could get a devotional to help you with your bible reading, and also remember that you don’t necessarily have to read a whole chapter of the bible each day, you could just have a couple you meditate on for the whole day. I myself am still in the process of learning to pray more and live out the word I read as faith that will grow into a stronger relationship with Yahweh, which in the end should be the result of these good practices.
Psalm 1:1-3
Blessed is the one
who does not walk in step with the wicked
or stand in the way that sinners take
or sit in the company of mockers,
2 but whose delight is in the law of the Lord,
and who meditates on his law day and night.
3 That person is like a tree planted by streams of water,
which yields its fruit in season
and whose leaf does not wither—
whatever they do prospers.

God Bless
