I want to be an actress on Broadway, but being an actress and keeping my Christian values will be hard, not to mention the fact that I’m wondering if I find a husband before that, will I have to give it up? I don’t even know what I would do instead of acting. It’s my life. Please help?!

I would suggest going for your dream, but having a back up plan. If all else fails, what will you turn to? I know you can’t find something that you like better than acting, but try to find something else that you can image yourself doing, and something a bit easier to get into. It’s always a good idea to have a back up plan. And why would you have to give up any career for a husband?

Go to school for acting. From there you might learn tons of new things you like better, and you’ll get a taste of the scene. So if you become an actor, you can have had experience and fine tuning, and if not, you’ll know for sure AND you may end up going into another arts or arts-management or communication related careers based on that.

Agree. Don’t give up your career for you future husband. I want to be either an actresss or a movie producer, so my dream is very simular to yours. Go for you dream, life is too short to settle for less.

Go ahead girl! Just continue to pray about it! One of my dreams is to become a movie producer who creates period drama pieces, movies about life in different parts of the world, and good-quality, Christian movies!
