What do you find helps spark your creativity? What do you do to become more creative?

1. I think the most important thing for me is following my interest, regardless of how small of a step it is. Sometimes it leads to something really cool
2. Sometimes I think about what someone expects me to do/say and then I do the opposite (as long as it doesn’t hurt anyone of course….and not for anything serious! 🙂 )
3. One of the coolest tips I got was from a blog, basically she said when you’re brainstorming, try to think of your problem from another person’s point of view. So eg, how would you solve this problem if you were:

A professor
A parent
A soldier etc. [choose whoever]

4. Not expecting perfection. Just go for it!

5. Doing new things
6.Trying new clothing/hairstyles–even if they’re cray cray 🙂

What are your tips? BTW–creativity can be anything! You could love writing, painting, theater…even math and athletics takes creativity.

3-2-1 GO!

For creativity, I like…
1) writing!! from other people’s perspectives, writing in my journal, watching youtube, pinterest, (lol)
2) Listening to stimulating classical music (somehow I always think of stories to go with it 😉
being w others, (i’m an extrovert) sharing your work and getting other people’s ideas, and then sometimes being alone where you don’t have to worry about pleasing other ppl 🙂

My friend and I have a game that I guess is somewhat creative. She watches a lot of anime, where as I don’t, so she sends me screenshots of scenes and I have to make up a story as to what’s going on in that scene. It’s fun, because many scenes in anime are…strange.

^ That sounds cool! I also love anime like her, though I haven’t watched any in a while

I personally get my creativity from nature, music, art, other peoples ideas and comments, articles, photography, and more. Everything can be an inspiration!
