I stayed after school one day for a club I’m in. I was waiting on the benches, and I a few rows over there were three sophomores. I noticed the one boy who was talking. I was impressed with him. It seemed like very good social skills, certainly better than the ones I had at that age. When I looked over, he even looked at me to include me as if we were already friends. I guess I kept looking over because he stopped talking so abruptly it was funny and looked at me dramatically. I think he was with a couple, and the girl started laughing. Were they laughing at me? That one boy seems to want to be my friend tho. When they left, he stopped in the hall until I looked up from my book and then he said “Hi”. Earlier, he was also staring at me while I was reading. I looked up and he immediately looked away. He had also looked at me and pull his shirt up a little while talking to his friends. I can tell he also wants to be my friend because he says “Hi” to me any other time I see him. We’re at different campuses, since I’m a super senior, but I occasionally go to the other one. I was dropping something off for a teacher and we saw each other down the hall. I looked at the wall, but he was looking at me. I found out his name, but I don’t know if he knows mine. Doesn’t mean anything if he hasn’t followed me back on Instagram? He has a lot of followers, so does that mean he’s popular and doesn’t need one more friend? Also, can someone explain why I (and I think he does too) feel like we’re such good friends? Also, how could a guy like a girl with a hearing loss? Or the fact that she’s a super senior? The more I think about it, it just seems like we would be perfect for each other. Sorry if that’s weird. And I don’t just like him because of the attention. I like him because of who he is and the chemistry. Should I try to get his phone number to stay in touch? At the very least, I would just want him as a good friend. What do you think it was that he noticed about me? People who don’t know me aren’t usually friendly enough to say hi. Some girls have even looked mad when they see me. Thank you!

I also forgot to add that another time I saw him he was talking to a friend, but stopped and made sure to do a head nod-it was lower than usual, make eye contact and say Hi. It’s always so confident, and I have this bad habit of looking away and saying hi, so would he have given up on me? I didn’t mean to do that. I try to be aware of it, but I still do it. I’m also not sure how it sounded, like I was having trouble with speech or something? I don’t think he would make fun of me
