This year, I’m trying to build a relationship with God by reading; but I have a problem which I don’t know if it’s problem or not. Anyway, I have a hard time reading bible and I decide to maybe start reading book that involve the bible in it. So do you think it’s good idea or not? If not, then I would love some advices about how to starting a bible. Thank you

That’s super cool that you want to start reading the Bible. There are different options. You can get a “365 day” Bible, where it divides it into daily portions. You can read the whole Bible in a year. Another option is you can get a study bible, which breaks down the meaning of scripture, making it easier to understand. The devotional “Jesus Calling” has been a blessing. The author takes scripture and writes letters to you from God. Also, some novels by Christian authors tell real Bible stories in a different time setting. Like “Redeeming Love.” That is one I would only recommend if you’re 14+ years old. I am sure there are others out there as well! Hope that helps 🙂
