Is it considered morally wrong for teenage girls or young adult ladies who are sexually active to carry “contraceptives” ..If so then why?

No, I don’t think it is morally wrong to have contraception:
1. Many people falsely believe birth control (especially Plan-B) is an abortifacient, when this isn’t the case. All these pills do is make so your body does not release an egg to be fertilized.

I agree. The best way to protect yourself and stay safe is to avoid being sexually active from the get go, and it’s the truly Godly thing to do. However, if you are sexually active then there’s nothing wrong with carrying contraceptives. You need to watch out for and take care of yourself if you are sexually active, and part of that is carrying contraceptives (whatever form works best for you).
