Recently I’ve been feeling pretty stressed with all the stuff going on in my life. Im involved in Bible quizzing, scholar bowl, builder’s club and more. I have definitly been praying and reading Gods wird but not as much. This is a lie I think the devil likes to hand us; we should cut down on “quiet time” when we are busy. No! We should certainly stay in Gods word. Of course it’s the quality that counts. Anyways I was stressed. I used to run a lot but I’d gotten away from it. Tonight I ran a mile for the first time in monthes. It felt amazing! I realized this is what God wants me to be doing. Take care of our bodies, and exercise is necessary for that. It clears your head and just makes you happy! I was just wondering what you guys do to clear your head and/or what you do as exercise­čśŐ

Music, bible reading, and praying are great for clearing your head.
As for exercise, I enjoy running and ballet.(:

To clear my head I listen to movie soundtracks or Christian songs, write my own songs, pray, take a deep breath, and running helps me sometime too!
