So I wanted to get some gifts for my friends for Christmas, but of course I’m a college student and so I have a small budget. I was going to make most of the gifts but I didn’t know what to get for my guy friend. He likes knives and he hunts so I was going to get him something along those lines. Only that would be half of my budget. I took a survey and I got a free watch, and when I saw it I thought of him. Only its a $130 watch. I thought maybe it would be better suited to my dad or brother, but I know that they literally destroy the watches they have because of work, and how they take care of stuff. I feel like I got it for my friend, would it be odd of me to give a friend something of that much value while everyone else has handmade gifts? Is it too special to give to my friend? He’s a good friend, but it wont seem as if I’m favoring him will it? I do believe I got the watch for him. Advice?
