All my friends and I lost someone we care about recently. Christmas is going to be sad this year and I guess I’m just looking for some encouragement and advice.

Hey girl 🙂 Don’t be sad this Christmas, I know it can be really hard when you lose someone, but I want you to know as cheesy as it sounds, that God looves you SOOO much and try to remember what he did for you this christmas. Christmas is all about Jesus and just knowing that he died for me puts a smile on my face 🙂 Don’t know if this will help much, but I hope you have an awesome christmas! (I’ll be praying for you) Can I know what your name is so I can pray for you? You don’t have to if you don’t want you.

Thanks. I appreciate it. I know God is there for me and all of the people who are affected by this. The person who passed away was a Christian, and I know without a doubt that she’s with Him now. We are all trying to draw comfort from that.
Thank you for your prayers. I shouldn’t ask you to pray for me specifically – so many people’s lives were touched by this person, and I’m not the only one feeling this way.
Christmas is in just a few days now. I still don’t really feel like it, and my family hasn’t been paying much attention to gifts this year, but knowing it’s about the birth of Jesus makes it worth it. Because that’s the thing that gives us the hope of eternal life.
It still all feels like a bad dream. All I can do is trust that God has a plan.
