So, recently I was looking into blog posts by other Christians about modesty and I came across this which really makes sense to me:

If you want to wear one, wear one. If you don’t, then don’t. Personally, I think that times have changed and there isn’t any real use for them, so I won’t choose to wear one in the near future. But if you want to, then go ahead 😀

Thanks for that, I really think I should try, just found this article too: http://www.premierchristianity.com/Past-Issues/2014/November-2014/My-Headcovering-ExperimentMy-Headcovering-Experiment and it seems to agree 👍

Still appreciate other opinions too though people so post your opinion!

I think its a personal conviction. My friend doesn’t cut or trim her hair because the Bible says our hair is our glory, but she doesn’t push that on anyone else.
If you want to wear one, I think you should. There’s no harm in it.

I agree with the above. Personally, I do not agree with the idea that women still need headcoverings. But that is my personal conviction. If you feel convicted to wear one you should!

Exactly what Mandi said! And as someone who grew up in a very legalistic home, I’m not going to put rules on myself that I think were simply a part of an ancient culture.
However, we all should follow our consciences so if you want to wear one do it! I think your heart for God and his word is great 🙂

Well, the Bible actually says that a woman’s long hair is sufficient for a covering, just to let you know. But hey, there’s nothing wrong with having something extra (if you have long hair). 🙂
