HI I am 14 and I need some help staying single every time I try I get a boy asking me out and I find it really hard to stay single.I get that I am only 14 and need to focus on school.I find that I don’t really have time for school when I am dating and I don’t know how to stop focusing on boys and focus more on God I mean that this is my life and I have not found the right one and it seems that almost all the time I am kissing frogs instead of my true prince.I don’t really want this to keep happening where I can’t focus on school and chores and stuff.I will take as much advice as I get.

Whenever a guy starts flirting with you or asks you out or whatever, just remember to tell yourself that this is not what you want and it’s not what God wants for you to be focused on. The fact that you realize that this needs to change tells me that you are on the right track and you are willing to make that change. Pray to God and ask him to help you with this whenever you start wanting to get in a relationship again. Also, if it could help, try making a new years resolution out of it. Try to go a year without being in a relationship and use this time to focus on God. Sometimes having a goal like that will help better than just saying that you want to focus less on guys. Good luck 🙂
