I’m starting high school this year, and I’m nervous
Because as people say it goes by quick. So I want to enjoy it.
How can I be a good christian and dress like a modest christian
Girl but at the same time enjoy a little with making new friends and high school events or even boys(not that I’m looking yet) How can I be a good christian and dress modestly but fashionably and enjoy making new friends while evangelizing.

High school definitely does go by pretty quick. I’m going to be a senior this coming year and my junior year has been the fastest year yet, and this summer is already going by really fast for me, and senior year is probably going to go by really fast, too. haha so I would say about dressing modestly, don’t wear anything you aren’t comfortable in. That’s a good rule to follow in general.
Also, you are definitely going to make some awesome neww friends in high school. Don’t try to force any friendships, because I’ve found that the best friendships happen naturally because they are a part of God’s plan. Be friendly, be yourself, and talk to people of course, but see who has the same interests as you and maybe join clubs that you are interested in and see who God sends into your life! Also, maybe your school has some sort of Christ on Campus club or something. That is a great place to find other Christians in your school with whom you can talk about God and pray together.
Same with boys; see who God sends into your life, become friends with guys as well as girls of course. I think that the best relationships, once you’re looking, happen when they are in God’s plan and when they are God’s will. With any friendships or other relationships, just pray about whatever you want to ask God about, and trust that He will put the right people into yourlife. Try to follow His will by praying about what He wants you to do. This goes for anything actually. Throughout high school, don’t forget to leave time for God in whatever busy schedule you might have. Even if it’s just five miinutes every day with your bible or just remembering to think of God and thank Him a few times during the day. And as for evangelizing, I would just try to live the Gospel. Have you heard the saying, preach the gospel, and when necessary, use words? I like that one. You don;t have to go around telling everyone about Jesus with your words. You should always try to live like Jesus as best as you can and just show people through how you live who your Savior is and who you live for. Be the kind of person who, when people see you, they clearly can see Jesus in you. Don’t worry too much, because the more you let God transform your life, the easier it will be to live the Gospel. So, live for God and be yourself, and your time in high school will be great! And even when there is stress and worry, remember that you can give it all to God and proceed to take care of what you need to do, and in the end, everything will be fine and through it all, God loves you, and you should share that love with others. 🙂 lol sorry if that got like super long and confusing. But you get the idea 🙂 Jesus loves you! I’ll be praying for you to have an awesome time in high school!!

I agree with Lexi7 it does go by fast I just graduated from high school this year on May 30th and am now almost 3 weeks into my freshman year of college. My advice to you is to memorize Philippians 4:13 because for me high school was one most stressful and yet amazing years of my life. Hope this helps. 🙂

Don’t let your friends pressure you into things you don’t feel comfortable with. You can find like-minded people in your school’s Christian Club (idk if you’re at a public or private school). Don’t feel like you need to reprimand classmates for swearing or wearing provocative clothing, because really, it is God’s place to judge. This also doesn’t mean that you have to be preaching 24/7. DOn’t be afraid to talk about what you believe though, especially if someone is asking questions or appears curious. Mostly just try to act like Jesus would. Be kind to everyone, including teachers.
