Netflix has not bought you an F in language, you did that yourself. The best way to do homework and to focus is to put down the electronics. Turn the tv off, turn the phone ALL THE WAY OFF, and to focus on your homework. I understand that you have some homework to do on your computer and you can’t turn that off, but you have the ability to use self control and focus. Life is distracting and as you get older homework will get harder and you’ll have to learn to focus. No blaming your electronics, or other distractions, you just need to practice self control. I also have a hard time focusing on homework sometimes so I really do understand where you’re coming from. It is tough to focus on homework when there are more fun things to do,but the reality of it is your own self control. I often only have my homework tabs up and to help me focus even more I light a relaxing candle and play classical music on pandora. Also I suggest using a timer system! Set your timer for 20 minutes and in that entire 20 minutes focus on only your homework. If you pick up your phone or let yourself get distracted, reset the timer and try again. At the end of the 20 minutes, take a 5 minute break and then do it all over again. I know it doesnt sound fun but thats what self-control is! You are in charge of your own actions and your own self control.
If your study habits still can’t improve after working on your self-control I suggest talking to your parents or your teachers! they may be able to help you with tutoring or other methods to help you study.

I made a rule I do nothing distracting like TV/PI/Anything online until I finish studying. It works well for me 🙂

I use the parental settings on my computer to block all the sites except the ones I need for my work. (Alternatively, you can use the settings to block all the sites that you usually get distracted by.) If you have a habit of typing in your password to access the sites while you should be doing homework, have a family member or friend password protect it and not tell you the password till you’re done.

I have tried to block the sites before, but I can’t figure it out. How do you do that?
