No one has asked me out yet BUT I’m afraid someone will. The thing is, I’m not allowed to date. Saying “I’m not allowed” to your crush is hard, so what sound I do?? Any ideas would be great

Maybe say you’re not at a point in your life where you’re ready to be in a relationship?

Don’t get discouraged that no one has asked, haha! When you find yourself wondering why, it helps to focus on becoming the kind of person that you would want to date. Do you listen well? Do you ask questions to get to know others better? Are you kind and patient? Do you focus on what matters? Do you have passions? Do you do things that you love, that make you excited about life? It’s way less about becoming “good enough” and way more about realizing that life is a constant learning process. Those are just good learning places to start with. Believe me, you never get to a point in your life where your learning about life and yourself and God should slow down — God is infinite, so there’s enough of him to blow your mind every day!

She wasn’t saying that she’s discouraged about it, she’s just saying that it hasn’t happened yet and that she wants to know the right thing to say when it does happen.

And what marysetrueblood said. Whenever a guy asks me out that’s pretty much always my response. Just know that if you say no, no matter how you say it, he won’t be happy. He just got rejected. But just make sure he knows that he didn’t do anything wrong for you to say “no”.

@chloe523 that’s very true. I Hate to hurt people’s feelings. But there’s nothing much that I can do about it!!
@messy_but_here thanks!! Those are really good things to think about 😀

When will you be allowed to date? I can date when I get my license. So I am prepared for when a guy asks me out to just say : “I can’t date until I get my license.”
