I am sooo excited! About 2 months ago I weighed 122 and now I only weigh 111 (I am 5’3)!!! I just had to tell someone! lol

Way to go! Just make sure what you’re doing is healthy. It’s really easy to fall into bad habits while losing weight and eventually losing too much weight and being unhealthy. Just make sure you are eating healthy portions, healthy foods, and exercising a healthy amount!

Marcy- Good luck! Just remember to set your goals one pound at a time, don’t start with “I’m gonna loose 10 pounds in two weeks!!” That just doesn’t happen, and is very discouraging when you don’t.
Lostinthesound- Thanks! Sometimes when I am doing really well on my weight loss I get tempted to just skip meals, but then I have to remind myself how important being healthy is. Thanks for the reminder.

Congrats! It’s really exciting to reach your goal like that. Just make sure that you don’t make losing weight your main focus. You are at a perfectly healthy weight as it is. 🙂 Keep healthy and happy and that’s what matters. Awesome job!!
