…or have full-blown acne–Let me tell you something. Every person on the planet has/has had some form of acne. It’s a normal effect of puberty and it’s even normal for a lot of adults. Yet it’s still something that we automatically see as an awful thing; and yeah, it is kind of miserable to have 30 red dots covering your face, or even just one right in the middle of it (because let’s be honest, we’ve all had *that* happen). But since when should we let ourselves justify letting something so ridiculous make us so upset? I’ve had bad acne for the past 5 years, and this morning I woke up with a particularly big and obvious red spot in the middle of my face. And yeah, that’s not ideal, but I actually absentmindedly let it put me in a bad mood; and that’s kind of sad.
*Disclaimer: If you choose to put on makeup because of your acne, then cool–that’s totally fine and your choice! Just don’t let it become the center of your focus. 🙂
Also, Merry Christmas! 😉 <3 Remember you're beautiful and loved, and if you ever need to talk or anything, you can email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Where were you and your wisdom 6 yrs ago when I needed this??! Lol jk 😉 I had awful acne when I was 13-14 (at least I thought so–I looked back at some old pics recently and it wasn’t nearly as horrible as I thought)
If you ever need something to do, google Cassandra Bankson! She’s a model and has struggled with really severe acne.

I was 9 years old and clueless about the teenage struggles lol XD
I actually know who Cassandra is! I saw some video a while back where she talked about that.
