I am totally scared of the words ”Ends times”, I guess my worst fears are the times\days leading up to ”The End” like the mark of the beast and those other frightening things! (Scared for myself and what my little sister might have to go through) And also I guess I am scared of the Jesus coming back part, like that moment when you know it’s all over. And when you find out if you’re going to heaven or not.

I quickly pass through articals that say things about the End times coming or that they are here. I literally have anxiety attacks when that’s what my pastor is preaching on at church, I have nightmares about it and wake up so scared that I don’t know what to do. I am more afraid of going through the ”end times” more than anything.

Is there anyone else that feels this way? Or am I totally alone? If you are please let me know, maybe we could pray for each other. Any advice would help. I wish I was living in a different time.

I posted this on another forum about a month ago, but I hope what I said then applies to this as well. Also, I get anxiety attacks about it to, and actually have to leave church when my pastor talks about it because it’s too hard for me. I hope this helps:

My fear of the End Times started about a year and a half ago, and I got extreme anxiety out of it. I wasn’t able to sleep, or enjoy things I used to love because I was so afraid. And even though I’m still absolutely terrified, here’s what I’ve learned:
God loves you so much, and he doesn’t want anything bad to happen to you. Satan uses fear tactics, because that’s all he has. He tries to scare you by making things seem worse than they really are. Also, if you think about it, most of the information that we get about this stuff comes from politics. Many of the people in politics use fear to try and scare people into voting for them. They figure that if they scare us so much, and they promise to take that fear away, we’ll vote for them. So don’t listen to what they say 🙂 It’s usually lies anyway. The Bible says that no one will know the day or the hour, and if everyone is saying the day and the hour, then how can that particular day and that specific hour be right?
As for wanting to grow up and have kids one day, I feel the exact same way. I want to get married, and have kids, and watch them grow up and then cry when they move out and get married and have kids of their own. I want to have a career, and I want to make a different in the world as an adult. And you know what? I think God wants that for me, and I think He wants it for you, too. I have spent pretty much my entire life waiting for the day when I get my first job, when I get married, and when I have my first kid. So why would God take that away? I honestly don’t think he will. Like I said earlier, he loves you, and he loves me.
In the meantime, don’t worry so much! The Bible says that nothing can come from worrying, and it’s not like we can prolong the events by worrying about it. So go outside, breathe in the fresh air, and smile. Laugh with people you love, and enjoy the life that God gave you. Because he loves you so much, and he didn’t create this world to be a world of fear and anxiety. He created it to be a world of love, laughter, and hope.
I hope this helps <3

~God has not given us a spirit of fear, but one of power, love, and of a sound mind~ 1 Timothy 1:7

There’s nothing to fear by Jesus’ return, lovelies.

I have not researched Jesus’ return in great detail but I do know that if we are alive at that time he will give us grace, wisdom and courage for that situation. Do not fear it in advance, at this moment you may not have what you need to go through it. You don’t need it right now; but when you do, God will give it to you.

And just think! Meeting Jesus face to face! Y’all, that’s going to be awesome. Heaven will be awesome too.

Read “Heaven” by Randy Alcorn when you get a chance.

^Amen! Have no fear! Jesus is always going to be with you and will provide for you in every season of your life. We are very soon to the coming of our Lord! It will be in our life times and not as long from now as you’d think. What matters most is that you live your life completely dedicated to Christ, as best as you can. You don’t have to live in constant fear that you’re not saved, just trust in the Lord. It isn’t all sad either, when Jesus comes we’ll be out of this dark world! Until that day comes, do not worry, God will make a way in whatever circumstance you’re in. Just keep your eyes on God!

God bless you 🙂
