See, this year for Christmas, I was grateful, but also a little… disappointed at what my best friend had gotten me; and what she said after giving it to me.
The main gift she got me, was a tea cup and saucer with these colorful, girly, flowers all over them.
When I opened it, she said;”Yeah, when I saw it, I thought it looked really pretty!”
She thought it looked really pretty. It was definitely her style (girly, flowery). I found it cute… but I also felt a little sad inside that she couldn’t have chosen I style she thought I would have enjoyed.
I probably sound like a whiny child, but does anyone else ever think like this? It just didn’t feel thoughtful. :/

Haha, you’re definitely not the only one! I opened my Christmas presents and someone got me a pair of black tights.. I stared at them for a while and I thought why would someone buy me these?? (I don’t wear black tights that much and I own enough). Honestly, though you can practice being thankful for them anyways and then find a good use for them! For me I’m thinking of doing a DIY with my tights maybe making a sock bun or something. For you maybe you could just use the teacup instead of the saucer and use it like a mug or something idk. Hope this helps 🙂
