Hey girls.
So thus happens to me whenever there is an argument and on occasion when I think about an emotion I feel, I get physically sick feeling. I am a person who is very conscious of the people around me so if I’m around people who are stressed or angry it makes me sick to my stomach.
Do you ever have this problem and if so how do you handle it?

I always get all choked up and/or feel sick to my stomach when I talk about things I’m passionate about. As a result, I stay away from arguments, debates, and even some friendly discussion because it makes me feel so bad :/ I’m by no means an overly emotional person, but if you get me talking about something that really matters to me…whether it’s sad or not…I’m most likely going to tear up :’D I try to use some relaxing breathing techniques to calm myself down…and if I know a conversation is going to make me feel sick, I let the other person know ahead of time that the subject is a sensitive one for me. And I try to stay away from arguments…especially ones I’d be inclined to join haha 😉

Sometimes I feel that.
People always ask my opinion on things that the world is debating about. It does bother just a little bit when people ask me because I’m really just another person. It makes me think.. well why MY opinion? If you don’t ask other people the same question to hear their opinion why does mine matter over theirs? In return I always just say I’m on no side or I haven’t really digged into it XD gets me out of everything
