I always get all choked up and/or feel sick to my stomach when I talk about things I’m passionate about. As a result, I stay away from arguments, debates, and even some friendly discussion because it makes me feel so bad :/ I’m by no means an overly emotional person, but if you get me talking about something that really matters to me…whether it’s sad or not…I’m most likely going to tear up :’D I try to use some relaxing breathing techniques to calm myself down…and if I know a conversation is going to make me feel sick, I let the other person know ahead of time that the subject is a sensitive one for me. And I try to stay away from arguments…especially ones I’d be inclined to join haha 😉
