So, I know many Baptist and Evangelical Christians often say something to the tune of “Jesus is my Lord and Savior.” However, I was wondering if that phrase is only used by those denominations, or if a Christian of a different sect can say that as well or if it would be viewed as out of line or inappropriate. Thanks!

I don’t think that that would be inappropriate, since all denominations consider Jesus both their Lord and their Savior.

All Protestant denominations and Catholics call Jesus their Lord and Savior. Any Bible believing church will say that because it is used in the Bible several times. For some churches it is just a catchphrase and just what they say.
