I have a friend that goes through this. What can I do/pray to help him?

Is that where you have crazy dreams/hallucinations, but you can’t move or wake up?

It’s more like when you are aware of everything around you, but you can’t move. So yeah, sort of the same thing.

Adventure, basically whats happening is your mind is awake, but your body isn’t. Often times, it feels like something’s sitting on your chest or face. You can normally open your eyes, but you can’t talk and normally can’t fall back asleep, so you have to wait for someone to come shake your body awake. It used to happen to me almost every night.

^Thanks.

I know someone who has that :/ It’s really tough. Apparently you’re supposed to set a regular sleep schedule and make sure you get 8-10 hours per night.

Rusie, I would tell him to talk to a doctor if he hasn’t already. Beyond that, pray God will give him a good, restful night sleep 🙂

I’m not sure, but maybe taking some warm beverages like Chamomile tea may help. My mum takes those.
