How do I support one of my guy friends who is struggling with a pornography addiction but wants to get out? I want to support him and help him get out and he says talking to me helps but what if I’m making the temptation harder for him since I’m a girl? What should I do?

My ex boyfriend struggled with this early on in our relationship, and it is a way of relieving that stress! Being involved with that consumes your mind and body… and makes an easy scapegoat, but what recommitted him to stop was a prayer and pact with the Lord, and being surrounded by people that held him accountable! Don’t be afraid to pray over him and with him about it, but you shouldn’t be the only one either, he should have a support group of guys too who understand exactly what is going on, and he also won’t have the temptation around guys either that he may have with you. I hope this helps!
