Hi everyone! It’s me, the teenfashionista. This is just a note to people whose forums are not posting. What’s happening is they join, then try to post a forum and it does not work.

I’ve noticed that when I try to get on a new forum it says it does not exist. How odd! Hope this helps!

If I remember correctly, when I first joined, none of my posts showed up right away–at least not to anyone but me. After a day or two, they would show up. After the first few posts, everything started showing up immediately. I think they have to be approved or something, but I’m not sure.

Actually yes that makes sense. Like needing approved. Spot on rainbowuni! 😉

Rainbowuni is right. My first posts took like three weeks to be posted…I almost left the site entirely because I thought they just weren’t going to post them..

Mine took no time to post, however. So I think that commenting on others’ posts is a good way for moderators to “tell” if you’re a good person. IMO

@teenfashionista Huh, that’s strange. I don’t think that happened for me.

I came on awhile ago (like over 2 years ago I think) and at first my posts would say something like “awaiting approval from moderators”. They never took longer than a couple hours to post though.

Yeah i think the same thing happened with Youngsalvation, both me and her joined, posted a bunch of comments on articles, replies to forums, and created our own and it took zero time. Then again all of you here will remember we have some spammers on this site, so maybe PI is being careful to moderate what gets posted, idk. It could very well be an innocent looking forum up front but actually spam…
