Okay so words cannot describe how excited I was to see a post about them on this site. I may have screamed.
I’ve only recently discovered them, and they have already made a very big impact on my life. Everything they say just speaks so deeply to me, and I am incredibly glad that Josh and Tyler exist. Like, I can’t even begin to explain how glad I am.
And since none of the people I know are part of the Skeleton Clique, I’m hoping some of you guys are. So does anyone want to talk about TOP with me? Pretty please?
(It’s also worth noting that I am completely head-over-heels for Josh Dun. Like, I’d marry him in a heartbeat. He’s so amazing…)

Erm, all of them? I don’t know. My current favorite (AKA the only song I’ve listened to for the past nine hours) is Guns For Hands, but it shifts pretty frequently. I also love Holding On To You, Stressed Out, Car Radio, Lane Boy, Goner…basically all of them. What’re yours?

Yeah, picking one is definitely hard, since they’re all so unique.
Car Radio is the first I’ve ever heard from them, and I never get tired of it.
Guns for Hands is also a fave, as well as Ode to Sleep and Migraine.
I’m LOVING Blurryface, and I’m excited to see what they’re gonna do with the videos as they kinda tell the story of it. Stressed out and Ride are perf

See, I had heard a couple of their songs, but it was when I watched one of their videos (it was the one for ‘Ride’) that I really fell in love. They clearly care so much about what they do, and I admire that greatly. (Also, Josh Dun).
Trees is also beautiful. It’s one I never get tired of.
One of the really really cool things about Tyler, in my opinion, is that not only can he sing, he can also scream and rap. It’s not very often that someone can do all three. Usually when people try, they fail at one, or two, or all of them, but Tyler Joseph is perfect.
Have you seen the video of him singing ‘I Can’t Help Falling In Love With You’?

They might be my favorite band 😛

HEY GUYS, MY FRIEND RECENTLY DISCOVERED TWENTY ONE PILOTS AND INTRODUCED ME TO THEM AND HECK YEAH THEY’RE AWESOME
Lol, yes, I hate rap but he manages to make it nice to listen to, and their songs are deep and good and a super unique style and yeah. GO TWENTY ONE PILOTS. <3 XD I think they're coming to my city soon, so I'm hoping maybe I can get my dad hooked on them so that he'll take me…..

Glad you’re enjoying the post! They are truly an incredible band. Also very very good live!

Okay, so do any of you have certain parts of certain songs that just give you all the feels? Like the part in Kitchen Sink when Tyler switches from ‘leave me alone’ to ‘don’t leave me alone’? Or the ‘don’t let me be gone’ part of Goner? Or ‘I could pull the steering wheel’, from Car Radio? It’s just all of these parts, kind of punch me in the gut every time. Like, “Tyler, my baby, noooo! Please don’t cry, it’s okay…”
I dunno. Maybe I have a problem. But I love these guys. Like, LOVE love them.

Nope I feel ya, TSW7. 😀 Hmmm I can’t think of anything in particular, and the I’ve only listened to all the songs on Blurryface. I agree on Goner. Also, I find the bridge of Tear In My Heart amusing/cute: “You feel asleep in my car I drove the whole time, but it’s okay I’ll just avoid the holes so you sleep fine; I’m driving here I sit, cursing my government, for not using my taxes to fill holes with more cement”.

This topic was dead, but I’m reviving it.
Mandi, you should listen to Kitchen Sink. The part I’m talking about (where he goes from ‘leave me alone’ to ‘don’t leave me alone’) is so, so important to me, because I know that feeling so well. It’s a place I’ve been many times, and the way that Tyler Joseph is able to perfectly express these dark moments that I’ve never told anybody about is simply amazing. twenty one pilots has saved my life.

Kk–and that’s awesome. 🙂
And as a side note, if you ever need someone to talk to who won’t leave you alone, I’m here (to talk about the dark moments, good moments, and all moments between). 🙂 [And same goes for anyone else reading this. 😉 ]
