I just had an argument with a fellow PI girl, and I am going to admit I said some very not Christian things. We argued because we have conflicted political views; mine are very conservative/libertarian, and hers are the complete opposite. And if she reads this, and she knows who she is, I apologize. I usually keep my calm, but I didn’t for some reason today.
The point of this is not to tell you girls that right wings are right, and leftists are wrong. That’s not what this is. You can have your own opinion. We have been given that right by our founding fathers and even our faith. But the Church, big C, is falling apart, in my eyes. We obviously aren’t going to agree on everything, but if we can’t stick together, our last fight is going to be very difficult.
I thank you if you actually had the patience to make it to the end of this. I really appreciate it. This is just how I feel, and you may feel differently. So I thank you.

I agree we need to stick together, after all, people will know we are Christians by our love for each other! ❤
But I disagree with you on forgetting controversial subjects. Bring em on! PI is a great place to discuss those topics and learn how to use logic, reasoning and kindness when making a point as opposed to doing what “feels” right or basing your argument solely on what you learned in Sunday school or on your parents’ beliefs.

I totally agree with. The power of God’s Word is more important than any matter going in the world. If we stick together, despite our differences and learn to love and respect one another, and being real about it, it’ll bring us a step closer to not only God, but the Truth 🙂 God bless you!

Ummmm Femininsm and Black Lives Matter aren’t political issues, they’re human rights issues. It makes people uncomfortable, but I’ll continue to talk about them because It’s not right that I have to fear being raped or killed everytime I walk out the door.
