Hello, Sister in Christ! It is so wonderful that you have the heart to share the Good News to the children on a missions trip. Last summer God opened the opportunity for me to share the Gospel with the young children at my church’s VBS. I was a co-kindergarten leader for a group of precious children. At my church we used the Life at Gateway Agency D3 curriculum so I just taught the lessons based on that curriculum. It went on for five days covering the life of Jesus like his baptism, feeding the 5000, his death, and resurrection. Ask your church members going on missions trip what curriculum they are using on the missions trip. If you’re in a situation where you are not following a certain curriculum like my church, then when the kids ask you about God tell them about Him. You can start from Genesis. You can tell them, “I believe in God who created the universe, the heavens, the Earth, even you and me.” Be very open to questions because children love to ask questions. You can tell them about God’s one and only Son who loves them so much that he died to save them. Dare 2 Share Ministries has really helped me. Their acronym to help share the gospel is awesome. http://www.dare2share.org/wp-content/uploads/2013/11/gospel-journey-4-up.pdf. Hope God can use these tools to help you further his Kingdom. (: God bless you! ~ Joyce
