Hi! I was wondering what you do for a workout and how often? I am gathering workout options to try so please let me know!

Thanks!

I have a free app called Sworkit that was really useful during the month I worked out this summer. I kind of fell off the wagon after that, but that’s not the app’s fault, lol. Anyway, it has cardio, strength, yoga, and stretching exercises. You can choose how long you want them to go, and it tells you what to do and shows you a video of how to do the pose/stretch/exercise. You can also build your own routine in it. It may be useful to you if you want to exercise but don’t know where to start.

Well I normally use YouTube. Blogilates or Tara Stiles are my favorites though.

Hey girl! Personally, I am involved with multiple sports that I take seriously throughout the year so getting a work out comes easy. I still believe that getting involved with a competitive sport is the best way to stay in shape. There are tone of programs you can do, but if you want to be able to work out home and get a tough, yet fun one you should check into tone-it-up. There are two girls that do it that make working out enjoyable for their users and there is an online community and a lot of things you can get into. I would really check their website out if I was you. Hope that helped 🙂

I agree with Hannah Braden. Getting involved in a sport will keep you staying fit and it’s fun! I am currently doing competitive cheer at my school and that is a pretty good workout.

It’s definitely worth trying a sport. You can have fun, while maintaining fitness, as well as being with people, because working out is one of those things that if you do it by yourself, your most likely going to give in to the temptation of stopping. If you don’t want to do that, maybe see if you can get a membership at the local pool, and go for a swim one or twice a week. I’ve also heard that jumping on a trampoline for ten minutes is good cardio, maybe even try skipping! So many options in this department to consider. Happy working out 🙂

I workout a couple times a week and it’s usually different every time.
Here are some things I do:
I like to exercise in the morning,
I start with strength training,
add a long walk,
finish with yoga,
eat something with lots of protein and slow carbs after,
and drink PLENTY of water 🙂
STAY HEALTHY GORGEOUS!

Well, I work out 2-3 hours a day for 4-5 days a week. But my work out routine is unusual. I do gymnastics. You can also try, it’s so much fun. Just buy
cute gymnastics leotards and start. It’s actually a lot useful than simple work outs. At least for me
