As Memorial Day approaches, we are reminded of our faithful heroes and our fallen soldiers. Let us remember to always be praying for our leaders, troops and the people who make a sacrifice with their lives. Let us pray for the veterans, those in service and their families as well.
Let us be grateful and reflect on the people who are sacrificing their daily lives with their families to be in service.
“I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone- for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.” -1 Timothy 2:1
And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert, and always keep on praying for all the saints.” -Ephesians 6:18
Do not worry about anything; instead PRAY about everything. Tell God your needs and don’t forget to thank him for his answers. If you do this you will experience God’s peace, which is far more wonderful than the human mind can understand. His peace will keep your thoughts and your hearts quiet and at rest as you trust in Christ Jesus. –Philippians 4:6-7
Thank you servicemen and women who are faithful in fighting for our country. You are greatly appreciated and we honor you! If you would like to personally thank our Veterans you can go to the government volunteer website and find out how to go about doing this.
