I’m Loving This: Hillsong United’s New Album, “Zion”

Hillsong United, the worship band from Hillsong Church in Australia, released their latest project following their powerful “Aftermath” album. This newest album is about Zion: God’s people, His plan and His love for the church. “Zion” was released at the end of February and is available for download or purchase now. Some of the songs featured include “Relentless,”  “Up In Arms” and “King of Heaven.” Some of my favorites are “Oceans (Where Feet May Fall), “Mercy Mercy” and “Heartbeats.

Hillsong’s other exciting news is that they are coming to Los Angeles, New York City and other places around the world for the 2013 conference “This Is Revival.” As many of you may know, I went to Sydney, Australia last summer, visited Hillsong and attended the 2012 conference. It was such an amazing and powerful experience and I’d definitely recommend attending if you can!

The conference will be held at the LA Nokia Theatre Live in Los Angeles and at the Radio City Music Hall in New York City this October. Tickets are on sale now! Not only will incredible pastors speak, but the worship experience will be life-altering. Check out the 2013 conference details here.

I love Hillsong United, my church also sings a lot of their songs. This group was just featured on the Christian radio station K-Love, singing ‘Scandal of Grace’, I love that phrase, It is an awesome song. 🙂

Usually I don’t like Hillsong United’s songs very much. I think it’s because we sing a lot of their songs in church, and I like it better when we sing it instead of them. But… I’m biased. Anyway, I was pleasantly surprised by ‘Scandal of Grace.’ It was REALLY good, and I liked the sound of it. Thanks so much for sharing!!!
