Will You Participate in #FreshFace Friday?

Beautiful girlies, I was so excited to hear about the #FreshFace Friday campaign at Missrepresentation.org! The premise? Every Friday, go makeup-free! The campaign’s goal is to show girls that you DON’T have to wear makeup to be beautiful, and to challenge the media’s very limiting “beauty ideal.”
The best part? The campaign was started by 15-year-old Shea Backes! Check out this video of Shea and her friend Sophie explaining what inspired the campaign:
Want to participate? Hop on over to Twitter and tweet your makeup-free photo with the hashtag #FreshFace–make sure to mention @projectinspired in your tweet so we can retweet your #Freshface for all Project Inspired followers to see! Don’t forget to check out our very own “Me Without Makeup” campaign and submit your photo to projectinspired.com/contact!
You are gorgeous exactly as God made you–now show that face off to the world, beautiful!

WOW! Shea is really pretty without makeup!
They’re so Pretty without makeup!!!!!!!! I am going to do this challenge!!!
I don’t even wear make-up!
So cool!!!!
I participate everyday lol. I don’t care for makeup. I’m definitely doing this.
cool, so i’ll just look the way i do everyday!
I am so going to do this! Those girls are GOREGOUS!
Awesome! I’m doing this! I don’t wear makeup though because I feel I’m ugly… I wear it cause I like to! I like have blush cause I love the kinda pinkish cheeks.
They are both so beautiful! And they’ve got an amazing name for this. So many girls *use* makeup to get that sparkly, awake, fresh-faced look. But what too few people/things are telling them, is that they have that look already, without putting anything on top of it! I don’t have a Twitter, but will definitely be going fresh-faced. I rarely wear makeup anyway, so it will be pretty easy!
This is a really awesome idea! I think somethings like this is just what we need to help girls feel beautiful the way God created them!
I am doing this. It’s a really good idea. I wear makeup for many reasons:
1. So I look close to my actual age (I’m actually 17, but without makeup I look anywhere from 8 to 13 years old; with makeup, 14-16). I know that I’m going to love that when I’m older, but I just don’t like it now.
2. Anxiety about scars
3. I realized that she was right about the self-confidence thing. I mean, I need to stop feeling nervous whenever I’m not wearing makeup.
I don’t have a twitter account, is there some other way I can post my picture?
