    Girl Gone Wise in a world gone Wild by Mary Kassian is such a great book! I think every teenage Christian girl needs to read it!!!!

    @Loving God With All Your Mind… I have read Elizabeth George books. She tends to take Scripture way out of context, and she tries to take one verse from a passage and make it look like it fits. I always look up verses that I read in books. There was one she used (2 Kings, I think) and the way she used it, it sounded pretty nice. But, I read the whole passage, and it turns out the verse was about bringing judgment and wrath upon someone (or something like that).
    She does makes some good points, but just use discernment, and always check things out for yourself. Which is a good idea with any book you read. We cannot rely solely on devotionals, books, etc… We need to read the Scriptures for ourselves.

    “Radical” by David Platt and “Don’t Waste Your Life” by John Piper are both really good!
