    1. Reading this, I was asking myself why you would like to celebrate Halloween, cause it’s something like the celebration of bad spirits and evil, or something like that, isn’t ? And then I thought, if you are just putting on some clothes but not worshipping these spirits, you’ll be right, no ? Am I wrong please ? Let me know ! Thank you !
(I’ve never celebrated Halloween… Not really a tradition in my family)

      • Hello!!
There are several reason why we shouldn’t be part of this celebration

First of all the Lord teaches us in Romans 12:2 to not copy the behavior and customs of this world, we can’t change the world if we behave the same as they do.

Second, as you say, Halloween is a celebration about death (obviously you can see it in the ghosts, skulls, skeletons etc) and bad spirits etc….. and is illogic that we say that we love and worship a God that gaves life, abundant life, and participate of a thing that is completely opposite to His nature.

If we dress up we are participating in something that is not the culture of the Kingdom….. You say that maybe if i’m not “worshiping that thing” then isn’t bad….. but you’re being part of that even if you0re not aware of it

Is something (as my personal opinion) that we need to mature and gorw in our faith and understand that something may be common, but not agree with what God says

As a suggestion, search for the history of that celebration, that can help you to understand a little bit more of what I tried to say here
