Sometimes when you’re sad you just need to cry it out, you know? When that happens, I like to listen to Break, by Newsboys. It’s a fantastic song that really gets the tear flowing when you need that push to let it out. These songs are great too. Thanks for the list!

    *Blessings–Laura Story
*Praise You In This Storm–Casting Crowns
*You Are My Hiding Place–Selah (I don’t know if this one would work; this does is a good one to listen to if you need to calm down)
*A few of the Veggietales song (Yes, I know, that is a little under my age, being 16, but honestly “God Is Bigger” is a good one when you’re having a bad day and it helps you to know that God can handle that bad day. :P)

My favorite Veggie Tales song is from the Shadrack, Meshack, and Obednigo one (I can’t remember how to spell them): Stand up, stand up, for what you believe in, believe in. Believe in God, he’s the one who’ll back you up. He’ll stand with you.” I sing it all the time. I also love the Keep Walking song from the Jericho one, the Cheeseburger song, the Hairbrush song, and the Barbara Manitee song. Veggie Tales rocks!

I love Oceans, and I Am Not Alone! I find listening to upbeat songs picks me up, such as “Me Without You” and “Feel It” by TobyMac, “Love the Way You Hold Me” and “Beautiful Day” by Jamie Grace.

Honestly I think these songs would make me even sadder. When I’m having a bad day the song has to be happy and upbeat or I’m not gonna feel better 🙂 They’re still nice songs though
