20 Questions: Meet PI Girl Natalie!

Meet this week’s “20 Questions” answerer, PI Girl Natalie!

    natalie

    Name: Natalie

    PI Username: natmattforever

City of residence: Mi Wuk Village, CA

    Birthday: May 18th

    Favorite color: Blue (every shade!!)

Favorite song: “Already There” by Casting Crowns. This song reminds me that God is up to something, even though I may not see it. God knows, so I don’t have to. Someday I’m going to look back on my life and realize there was a purpose for everything I’ve gone through.

Favorite movie: The Last Sin Eater. Such a great story of redemption. You’ll need tissues.

Favorite subject or hobby: I love to be creative and make fun things. My favorite creation: A blessings jar! (A decorated mason canning jar filled with all the blessings of 2013 to remind myself when I’m sad that I am soooo blessed.) I also like to write.

    Beach or city? Beach

Sun or snow? Cant decide! I love both, just at different times. (Usually in the summer, I like the snow, and in the winter, I like sun!)

Sweet or salty? Sweet, although Salt and Vinegar chips are my fave…so maybe salty…but, chocolate…hmm…

Favorite virtue: LOVE. God is love. The Bible is an incredible love story. Everything that God has done, is doing, and will do is because of love. It’s His character; It’s who He is. I want to be that love to others. I can’t even grasp how amazing is His perfect love. 🙂

Favorite qualities in a friend: Humor, reliability, trustworthiness, accountability, adventurous, kindness, compassion, integrity…

Idea of happiness: Being who God made me to be, and remaining in His perfect plan. Being in the presence of my God.

Idea of misery: Anxiety, condemnation and the lies of the enemy. (Luckily, all these have been dealt with, once and for all: on that cross.)

Most recognized characteristic: Maturity? I stand out in a group of people my age. Why? I have integrity. I’m not here to party, I’m here for Jesus, and I live my life accordingly.

Favorite teaching from the Bible: Honestly, I love it all. It excites me. But I really like knowing that God has a plan for me. Psalm 37:4, Jeremiah 29:11, Isaiah 55:12, Ephesians 1:5, Philippians 1:6

Heroes in real life: My HS English teacher. Not only was he a fabulous teacher with a great sense of humor, he cared (still does) sooo much for each of his students. Any time I needed someone to talk to, he was there with Godly wisdom. He impacted my life immensely.

The God-given talent you would like to be gifted with: The ability to get up in front of people and sing, or minister some other way. (I have stage fright big-time, although I don’t think it shows much.)

What will you be doing in 10 years? Married, taking a break from a nursing career to raise my kids. 😉

Personal motto! “Everywhere you go, be Jesus in disguise!”

    1. It’s so nice to log on here every week and see a god girl! Natalie, you’re so beautiful! Love that picture of you!!! I don’t think we’ve ever met (on PI) but we should! BTW where is that pic taken? It’s so cool looking.

    2. Natalie, you are SO BEAUTIFUL!!! We’re so similar too! My favorite color is also blue. I also LOVE the song “already there” by Casting Crowns. Your idea of happiness and Idea of misery are the same as mine. I’ve dealt with lies from the enemy and anxiety before…luckily Christ has dealt with it once and for all! And yeah, my most recognized characteristic is maturity as well. I stand out in that area because I also, am here for Jesus, and live my life accordingly 🙂

I can tell you’re such an amazing woman of God and I really want to meet you! You’re beautiful! so gorgeous 🙂 God’s princess 🙂

Ps, I love your name 🙂 It’s mine too 🙂 Natalie-Grace. Oh and I love your top too!! Do u know where you got it? God bless sister in Christ
