Let’s play a game.Go to the mirror right now, and find one thing about yourself that you like. When I did this, I chose my eyes. Everyday, instead of thinking about what could be better, look at this thing you like about yourself and ackknowledge it out loud. “I really like my eyes, I think they’re super cool!” That might sound weird, but trust me. After a while I found there were more things I liked about myself, including my lips and hair, which- especially the latter- I was REALLY self concious about before! But now I love them! NO GIRL should have to feel unbeautiful! You ARE beautiful and you ARE spectacularly amazing in every way! Made EXACTLY how God wanted you to be made! This is me celebrating one year off of my eating disorder that Project Inspired helped me find help to get out of. Thank you all so much! (And I consider this a big step still in recovery from that, since I have a major phobia of cameras)
We here at Project Inspired want to guide and inspire teen girls to be true to themselves and to God. We want to show young girls how to be people of value and confidence – how to be your own best selves – through leading a Christian life. Who are we? We're a team of girls, like you. We edit the site, we post to social media, we hang out in the chat rooms and forums. We talk with you, we listen to you, and we love you!
