5 Surprising Things Marriage Taught Me About Dating
Written by Tiffany Dawn | September 5, 2016
Hello, PI ladies!
Guess what? This is the week of my first wedding anniversary! (Wow, that year flew by!) You may remember this post: “Why I’m Glad I Didn’t Get Married Until 29.”
You know what’s funny? During this first year of marriage, I have learned some really surprising things about dating.
People say hindsight is 20/20. I am only just beginning this marriage adventure and have so much left to learn, but I feel like being married (even for just one year) has already given me a new perspective on the world of dating.
Looking back, I wish I had known these five surprising things in my teens and 20s! These things would have saved me from some bad relationships—and made me even more confident when I said “I do” to my husband, James.
I hope these five things I’ve learned can help you in your own journey!
