There’s nothing like discovering great new music—even better, new worship music! We’ve all come to know and love artists and groups like Hillsong United, Phil Wickham and Gungor. Now read below to discover five artists we think you, the Project Inspired community, will LOVE!
1. Kings Kaleidoscope
Listen as this group from Seattle’s Mars Hill Church does an upbeat rendition of two classic hymns, “All Creatures”/”Come Thou Fount,” here:
2. Rend Collective
This Northern Irish Christian group blends experimental music with a bit of folk rock. Their latest CD, The Art of Celebration, was just released. Here’s one song off that album, “Boldly I Approach”:
3. John Mark McMillan
This singer-songwriter has been around for a while now, but has been gaining steam lately in the worship world. His music is best described as alternative rock worship. Watch this video set in the beautiful landscape of New Zealand for his new song, “Heart Runs,” here:
4. All Sons & Daughters
There is no denying this—if you follow us on our social networks (here), (here) or (here), you’re familiar with this power duo. Their blend of folk music and soothing melodies make us rejoice out to God. Check out the video below…and just try not to lift your hands and glorify Him!
5. The Digital Age
We can’t get enough of this power group made up of four of the original members of the David Crowder Band. Their song “Captured” is a perfect praise and worship song that will get you up and jumping around.
Girls, which worship artists/bands are you singing at your church these days? Are there any we should be on the lookout for?
We sing a lot of Hillsong! 🙂
The pastor includes quite a few of his own songs and his wife is the praise leader. They choose the set from a lot of artists, particularly Chris Tomlin.
Did I just see New Zealand mentioned? Woohoo 😛
We sing some ARISE church songs – they’re really awesome
Also some Planetshakers and Hillsong
We just did “Great are you Lord” for Sunday, it’s such a great song!
We sing a lot of Hillsong and Don Moen~ We have a little bit of Planetshakers too. <3
My church really loves listening to and singing For All Season’s worship songs. They’re a house band up at Hume Lake, and they’re such a good group. Check them out 🙂
Be on the look out for the band called “The Spark”. They played worship at the church camp I went to last summer and they play amazing music all to God! 🙂

We also love to listen to and play songs from Aaron Gillespie. He’s my favorite worship artist
I have recently been listening to Belarive. They are AMAZING! Everybody who doesn’t know them should check them out because they don’t get enough credit 🙂
