Have you ever felt like all your friends are having sex—everyone except for you? Or have you ever asked yourself if it’s really worth waiting, especially if you really love your boyfriend?
In my family, we never talked about it when I was growing up. I heard, “The Bible says to save sex until marriage,” but that was about it. I didn’t even really know what that was, let alone why I shouldn’t have it.
In this video, I’ll share my own story with you—why my husband and I waited until our wedding night, and why I’m so glad we did—along with six things that I think are really important for you know. I hope this encourages you! 🙂
Love, Tiffany Dawn
Tiffany Dawn speaks across the United States on the topics of body image, eating disorders and healthy relationships. She’s written two books for teen girls: The Insatiable Quest for Beauty and Boycrazy: And How I Ended Up Single and (Mostly) Sane. When she’s not escaping winter through cross-country tours, she lives in upstate New York with her husband, James. Her not-so-secret dream is to one day be recruited as a spy, but in the meantime, she makes do with Starbucks, road trips and shopping. You can learn more at tiffanydawn.net.

Thank you so much for this video Tiffany Dawn. I appreciate so much that you didn’t say that you have to wait until marriage but you made very valid points for girls of all beliefs to remember. Thank you for that.

Thank you so much for this video. I already decided not to have premarital sex, but this makes me confident in my decision.
