8 of the Most Romantic Disney Movie Moments!

PI Girls, we all grew up watching the love stories that played out in Disney movies. As we got older, we realized most of these don’t actually happen in real life (if they have to you, do tell!)…but they’re still classic moments we love watching, especially around Valentine’s Day! Here, 8 of the most romantic Disney moments of all time:

    1. Lady and the Tramp – The spaghetti kissing scene

Admit it, this scene gets you all gushy inside. It also makes me want to eat spaghetti…a lot.

    2. Aladdin – The flying carpet scene

Probably one of the BEST scenes when it comes to falling in love in any Disney movie. Right?!

    3. Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs – When the Prince wakes Snow White

    Come on, the first kiss!

    4. UP – When we see the older version of Ellie and Carl

    Seriously, these two…SO CUTE!

    5. Cinderella – The dancing waltz scene

Look for a guy who can do the waltz, because girls, let’s be honest–any guy who can do that is pretty amazing.

    6. WALL-E – When EVE and WALL-E embrace

They say you need a spark in order for love to work…well, in WALL-E, they took that literally!

7Beauty and the Beast— When the Beast gives Belle the library

Now THAT is a gift I can’t top.

    8. The Little Mermaid – When Ariel comes out of the water with her new legs

The way Eric picks her up and the look on his face…awww!

Which of these is your favorite? Got one that didn’t make the list? Share it below!

    1. What? Anna’s and Prince Hans’s almost kiss didn’t make it? XD
I love the scene in Aladdin, but you missed the lantern scene in Tangled and Anna’s and Kristoff’s (adorable!) kiss in Frozen <3

    2. They’re all really cute and romantic! Except Snow White’s. That’s just creepy. I guess in the context it makes sense, but still. I would not want my first kiss to be like that. Consent much?? Also Snow White got married at 14! She was only a year older than me in the movie. I think the prince was 15? They were so young…

I loved Anna and Kristoff. So cute! Wall-E and Eve are the most adorable thing since puppies. Megara and Hercules, too. And I love Nala and Simba together. That’s just so adorable. And John Smith and Pocahontas. Why did Disney have to break them up!? Why?! Why?! They were so absolutely perfect and then John Rolfe has to come and ruin it all and she says her whole stupid “It’s not you. It’s me.” speech and stays with stupid John Rolfe. I hate that guy.

      • Oh man, I totally agree!!
Actualy the only reason Disney did that was because it is the actual, true story. She never had a relationship with the first John at all! Haha, she just saves his life and is actually in love with John Rolfe the whole time. So yeah. I learned that in my college history class last year (x

    3. Anna and Kristoff’s whole relationship, i want that lol reminds me of a guy ik v.v and carl and ellie make me cry every time. rapunzel and flynn in the lantern scene is also great. snow white is creepy. what right does that guy have? he was hardly ever there. lol

    4. Actually many of these have happened to me 🙂 And now I’m in college and engaged to the most amazing person in the world. And I am so lucky God put him in my life to be my forever. <3

    5. Maleficent (once again, the lady from the 2014 movie Maleficent) falling in love with Stefan. But, that was before he turned on her and made her turn dark in the first place. When he stole her wings, I was horrified at what he did to her! Anyways, as for her relationship with the raven, I’d be more likely to ship them. In the ending scene, they stood together on a cliff and then flew into the sunset! Cute, isn’t it?
