Christian Life

A Huge Sign from GOD December 5th!

I shared this on the PI Facebook page yesterday, but I just want to share again. Four days ago I was telling my husband how cool it would be to interview a Christian actor, because one of the Project Inspired girls brought my attention to a new Christian movie that Candance Cameron-Bure(DJ from Full House) is starring in called “The Heart of Christmas” out December 4th. (So the conversation happened between Eric and I on the night of December 3rd.)

On December 5th, two days later, I decide to go out and do some Christmas shopping and get some crafts from Michaels. My gas tank was on empty, so I needed to fill it before I left. I went to the gas station I always go to, but all the pumps were full. Frusturated, I left for the mall, knowing I had enough gas to last me a few more errands.

Stupidly, I forgot my debit card at my house, so I had to head back home to get it. Minutes are passing, time is ticking–and then I pull up to the gas station at around 4:15 pm. I go into the store to get some things, and I took longer than usual at the station because I was on my phone texting an Anthony Robbins quote to you girls from inside my car. I hear my gas tank click, and knew it was done.

All of a sudden, I look up–and it’s Christian actor Kirk Cameron, Candace Cameron’s brother!! I was shocked, but I knew God placed him in my path for a reason, just like the other signs he always gives me! So I went up to him, told him about Project Inspired, and asked if I could have an interview with him. He gave me his manager’s email, so I’m going to email him and follow up.

I now call these freak coincidences “God-indences.”Β The Lord purposefully puts people and things in our path that will help us on our spiritual journey! He knows what’s in our hearts. So pray that he gives Project Inspired an interview, because that would be too cool!

Here is another HUGE sign from GOD, and this big sign was also spiritual intervention when I was fighting against skeptics claiming Genesis isn’t real!

Also remember this–once you let God into your heart and soul and accept the Holy Spirit, He guides your life and path!

Have you ever experienced God’s provision through what appeared to be a coincidence? Share it here!

That’s AWESOME! I can’t count how many God-incidences I’ve had! He’s really amazing πŸ™‚ Here’s a more recent one: My one-year-old baby brother had a metal thing in his stomach. The doctors could see it in the X-ray. A couple days later he passed it safely. It was a sewing pin! It passed all the way through his intestines without poking anything!

So cool Nicole! Last spring, I pulled myself out of a depression by praying more that I would trust God. I’d literally just decided that I wasn’t going to get ‘crushes’ on boys I knew who could care less about me and leave who I meet in God’s hands. Well, a few weeks later, I had a freak accident in my house while cleaning and seriously sprained my ankle so bad I needed crutches to get around. The day after the injury, I had auditions for a shakespeare play, and everyone was busy while I just sat there and looked at my script. Then a really cute young man from my church who I’d only talked to once before (two days earlier) came over to ask me how I got injured, and guess what…we talked all evening, and now a year and a half later, we’re in a loving, healthy courtship! While a small thing, I don’t think my ‘freak’ injury was freak at all πŸ˜‰

God is AWESOME! I went to church one day and asked the pastor about being baptized, and he offered me another pastor’s number to call about baptism, and when he said they needed a parent’s okay about my being baptized I hesitated, and then he said that I could ask about it on my own accord. I still have that pastor’s number, and I can’t wait for the day I can call and say, “BAPTIZE ME!” :DDD

I’m not sure if this counts but I have been praying for God to deliver me out of a situation I’m in and earlier this week (its now Dec. 10th) there was a supposed earthquake (I live in California) but it felt like a giant had knocked the side of my house. So I freaked out (it was about 11 pm because I was pulling an all-nighter) and ran into my mother’s room. She was asleep but she sometimes leaves the t.v. on and its always on TBN, a Christian network. As I ran in there the preacher was talking and he reading the Word of God and explaining it and that was exactly what I needed. That sermon told me what I need to do to get my prayers answered. So now I have followed the instructions and I’m still praying and believing that my prayers will be answered. I was so happy! (: Correction, I am so happy.

Back in August, my brother was in the hospital in Denver (He moved there a month before he ended up in the hospital) and our whole family had gone to see him. Every eventually left a few days later, but I ended up having to stay behind in Denver with my mom. We knew that my brother wasn’t going to make it out of the hospital alive, and every time my mom would drive to the hospital, she would turn on the radio (to a Christian station, of course) and every time she listened to the radio, there would be a song that would fit in almost too perfectly with the situation. The songs that she heard the most were Safe by Phil Whickam, Strong Enough by Matthew West, and Blessing by Laura Story. It definitely was NOT a coincidence that those songs would play on the radio during the hardest moments of mom’s life!

I think you should interview Jeremy shada as well! He’s a fourteen year old actor who is a HUGE Jesus freak! πŸ˜€ I really look up to him because he is an amazing Christian and is already an actor do young! (:

I just had a freak coincidence yesterday… I was debating if I should go to my church’s youth group or not because I was so confused about the bible and just having doubts about God. I decided to go and when I did, my friend gave me a mini pocket bible that has an easier translation, and it is way easier to understand. Just speechless. πŸ˜€

I once had a friend who’s brother was visiting from Florida earlier this year, where in Tennesse we were having a freak storm. Anyways, he got a flat tire and it took him about thirty minutes to switch it out. When he got to Tennessee, it turns out, if he hadn’t of gotten that flat tire, he would have gotten caught right in the middle of a tornado, hail, insane rain, and rough winds.

“And we know that in all things God works together for those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose.” ~Romans 8:28

That is so cool! Just another example of how incredible our God is.

The same things happen to me! I was praying one night, asking God to bring me some Godly friends, because no one in my pod is a Christian. Then, the next day, this girl that I had no classes with, got her scudeule changed! Now, she’s in a couple of my classes, and we are really good friends!

Yeah the same things happen to me! Like when really really random things happen that delay my time and stuff, and then I’m late so I just convince myself “everything happens for a reason”, and then my dream come true because I was at a specific place at the perfect time, and I wouldn’t have been there at that time if my schedule hasn’t been delayed like that!

If you really do get to interview Kirk, would you video tape it? =D So that way you can post it on youtube or something? It’d be really awesome if you did. (:
