A Love Letter From God to You!

While I was praying recently, God spoke something very special to me — a love letter! After I finished writing, God brought all of you to my mind. You see, even though God spoke this to me, He didn’t intend it to be for me alone. I would like to share God’s love letter with you.

I love you. I adore you. You are special and precious. I am in love with you. My heart skips a beat every time I see your beautiful face. Even your tears are precious to me. You are my one and only. My princess. My perfect bride.

Can’t you see it? I have given you special things and made you in such a way to spend special, loving time with me just so that I can look at you. Just to hear your voice. Just to see you smile.

It isn’t simply that I will not forget you because I am God. It’s that I will not forget you because I am head over heels in love with you. My adoration of you knows no end. I cannot love anyone more than I love you. That is how I am. I can’t change it. I am unchanging and unfailing.

Now, come away with Me, My love and let Me take you to places of beauty that you simply cannot imagine. I am your great romance.

“Can a woman forget her nursing child and have no compassion on the son of her womb? Even these may forget, but I will not forget you. Behold, I have inscribed you on the palms of my hands; your walls are continually before Me.” –Isaiah 49:15-16

    1. Thank you for writing this! As soon as I read the 1st paragraph, I started crying tears of happiness and surprise all in one. Been a Christian all my life, but have had a very bad experience with love. This was an amazing reminder as to how much God really loves me. Thank you ♥

    2. Yay! I am SO excited that this is helping to remind you how beautiful and special you are to God. Thank you SO much for all of your encouraging comments. I am praying for you! 🙂 <3

      • Our amazing blogger Jen wrote it! You are so precious- you don’t need a boyfriend Alexa. Trust me when God sends the right guy for you, You’ll know. In the meantime, wait, have high expectations- and don’t settle for anything less then the best!

    3. That is what girls (Christian and non alike) need to hear. You hit the nail on the head. So many girls don’t know the unending love that is waiting for them. My favorite verse is Psalms 45:10-11 (NIV -UK) “Listen, O daughter, consider and give ear: Forget your people and your father’s house. The king is enthralled by your beauty; honour him, for he is your lord.” This hits so many topics girls deal with. 1) Listen to what God has to say. His word will save you from enternal heartbreak. 2) People aren’t perfect. You will get insults from your friends, family, etc. The Media isn’t law. Don’t listen to them. 3) This still astounds me: GOD IS WILD ABOUT YOU!! He is head-over-heels for you! He sees you as BEAUTIFUL!!!! 4) Honor Him! Don’t chase after guys. Yes, having a boyfriend can be great but YOU DON’T NEED ONE! You are wonderful just the way you are. No addition needed. 🙂

      • Sarah- Thank you so, SO much for this encouraging words! I know these scriptures will really help all the girls who read it. Please feel free to share more scriptures anytime! Have a great day God bless.

    4. I have been fighting an ongoing battle against my own self image ever since I became a teenager. People tell me time and time again that I am beautiful, and that what God looks at is not what man looks at. But it’s always been what people say, not what God says himself. But in reading this, these words hit home.
Every girl, in some way shape or form, wants so desparatly to be treated like a princess, and we try and fill that need with worldly people and things. But there is only One who will treasure you as the jewel that you are, and there is no way he will ever change.
      You are a princess.
      Thankyou, Nicole <3
