    A Message to Help You Go After Your Dreams!

    You’re good now, but sooner or later you’re going to be great.

    Sometimes the road to get there may be long and hard, but always remember that no great leader had an easy road.

    Challenges come along the way to everyone, but how you respond and keep going will separate you from the ones that give up. How you respond to them will make you stronger, and remind yourself of everything you’re going to be.

    Write the goal down and only worry about the small steps. Remember: To reach the top of a large staircase you have to take it one step at a time.

    Understand that increased difficulty brings you closer to the end goal.

    Face your challenges head on.

    Let your loved ones know of your dream, you’re more likely to keep at it and their support will help.

    Get rid of the phrase “it’s too hard” from your vocabulary and unlock potential you didn’t realize you had.

    Understand what achieving your dreams feels like. 🙂

    I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.

    – Thomas Edison, before he invented the lightbulb.

    I’ve missed more than 9000 shots in my career. I’ve lost almost 300 games. 26 times, I’ve been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I’ve failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed.

    –  Michael Jordan

    Remember this: God would not have placed that dream inside of you if you didn’t possess the capability to achieve it. Now go after it, and look at what the power of you and God can do!

    ** What are your dreams? Write them in the comments section below and I might be able to offer you some tips! **

    God Bless.

    101 COMMENTS

    1. I want to be an actress. I’m graduating from Barbizon Modeling and Acting School in February, and I honestly don’t have any desire to be famous OR move to LA, I just want to be a great example for girls especially my age that you don’t have to be like other people want you to be, all you have to do is do what is pleasing to the Lord. Like you don’t have to have a photoshops in a bikini to get attention, you can always make the choice to be modest! 🙂 I also want to be a writer, artist, photographer, and possibly youth leader or something like that 🙂

    2. I want to be in musical theater! I love to sing and when I do my musical theater recitals, I love learning about the characters so I can really feel what they were feeling! I’m just trying to figure out how to get there…

    3. I want to be an educator at the World-Famous San Diego Zoo so I can teach people how to protect God’s creatures. 🙂 With thousands of applicants per open spot, it’ll be quite the challenge, but I’ve gotten into their volunteer education program so far, and I hope that God will take me farther!

    4. I would LOVE to be a creation scientist! I would love to work with Ken Ham. Creation science is my passion. I love it! I also love cryptozoology. And before you go and call my crazy for loveing this stuff, My cousins used to believe in God and creation. Then evolution got in the way, and now there acting like unblievers! I’m thankful that they got saved before all this hapend. I’m praying that I or anyone would get them to start acting how God wants them act. Please pray for me and my family.

      Any just in case I was not clear. My dream is to work with Ken Ham.

      P.S. Sorry if my spelly and grammer is off. <3

    5. I really want to be a veterinarian when I grow up. I’ve always loved all animals and I think getting to work with them every day would be tons of fun! I just keep on thinking that being a veterinarian isn’t what God really wants me to do even though I’ve wanted to be one since I was really little.

    6. My dream is to travel to third world countries as a missionary and doctor. I realize that it’ll be 7 more years of school, but I think it’ll be worth it, helping restaveks in Haiti, and giving the word of Jesus to people in China.

    7. Dear Jesus, Please help all of these girls draw nearer to You than ever before. Thank you that You have such individual plans for us and seeing what these beloved girls have in their hearts blesses me so much. You are so much bigger than I ever could have imagined!! Amen

      BTW: I am a 45 year old wife, mother, and youth group volunteer who wants to be a dancer!

    8. I’m not sure what my dream is yet, but I know it has something to do with music (violin, guitar, and singing), reaching youth, missions, art forms (music, photography, writing, etc.), and possibly being a advocate against abortion. 🙂

    9. I want to adopt a child, a little girl from China to be specific. It’s something I’ve wanted for more than a decade now (ever since I was little and everyone thought it was crazy for a kid to want to do that in her future). I hope to be a pediatrician and live in San Francisco because its the city I fell in love with. I’d like to be a single mother for a few years, before I consider marriage because I’ve always wanted a family of my own with a child that I could devote myself to. I’m not interested in dating right now, or for at least the next several years, but when I do date I hope it’s someone I wasn’t expecting, someone I’ve been friends with for a long time who already knows me well, and someone who will be the only person I ever have to date because he would be the one for me.

    10. I want to be a model. My family and friends have all said they think I have what it takes and I know I do. It is my passion, but there is one issue. I don’t know how to get started. You being an experienced model, Nicole, I was hoping you would be able to help me, give me some tips & advice, or tell me how I can get started. I would be eternally grateful. Your sister under God, GODgirl2599

    11. Some of my dreams is to be a Youth Leader Spokesperson, I am a singer-lyricist, I am an artist want to be known and spread Gods message through it, photography about Gods creation be used in known magazines to spread healthy postive articles also , become a local chef who helps familys with low income eat healthier, provide healthy tips to my community and the world, have my own website etc. there is so much I want to do, anything is possible with God he gave us talents to use and spread his gospel, he is the one to be glorified! Praise Jesus! <3

      Matthew 19:26

      New International Version (NIV)

      26 Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”

    12. I really,really,really LOVE to dance!!!!! I want to dance with a professional ballet company. But I’m scared to tell my mom because it doesn’t involve college. Even though i would try my best to take online or night classes. Please pray for me 🙂

    13. I have been down a very difficult road. My dad is abusive towards me and my brothers and sister (who can’t defend herself because she is autistic.) My mom divorced him because someone was going to get hurt. It lead me to being rebellious and later on broken. I tried to find affection in imperfect boys. I needed affection that I didn’t have at home. A boy that I dated wanted me to take porn pictures of myself and text them to him. I refused and broke up with him. At that moment I realized I was worth more than how he treated me, or how my dad treated me. This day changed my life and lead me into my walk with Christ. God put me here for a purpose. My dream is to someday write a book with my mom about our testimonies and how to survive an abusive relationships. I am still trying to survive my last few years of being forced to be with my dad till I’m 18. It is so much easier to be happier because I know that I have a perfect father who loves me unconditionally. I want to change the lives of young people who come from broken homes and let them know that their is hope.

      • That is an amazing dream! I’m sorry about your past and current situation, but you made something good come out of all that bad. You are special and I believe that you can accomplish your dream. Never give up because God is with you and I’m glad that he saved you! I’ll pray for you and your siblings to be safe.

    14. My dream is to be a singer. I want to be a good role model for Christian girls and be someone that they know they can look up to. Someone people don’t question their religion or if they are a positive influence. Parents will hear my name and not question if their kid should be listening to that music. I also want to release a modest fashion line that girls can go to when they want cute yet modest clothing. I have designed dresses, shirts, jeans, and accessories. I have also written songs so I’m trying to take the steps to get there. I have no clue where I’m going to go from here though. Am I suppose to go to recording studios, get on YouTube, or sing wherever I am and hope by doing these things I’ll get discovered? Or do I need to get connections, get my name out in the open, and find somebody who will sign with me? I honestly don’t know but I do know that if its meant to be God will help me. Of course I have to put in my share of work as well. I’ve been doing research, writing the music, and sharing my songs with people. I know God will be with me every step of the way and will guide my feet as I walk in the dark.

    15. i don’t know what my dreams are but i am not sitting around like a dead beat. I am doing online classes, Practicing the piano, reading, ect. I don’t know what i’ll Be i only know i am smart, I like doing different things and i don’t like doing one thing more than others or for a long time. I like learning and discovering new things. i don’t know, maybe God wan’ts me to do different things, before i discover my dream so that i know for sure what it is i wan’t to do. maybe he doesn’t want me to know ahead of time because he want’s to lead me into it instead of me just running into it. So i guess when i come to a cross road in life i’ll know what to do.

    16. I don’t know if I’m good enough, but my dream is to be a Christian singer. I also kind of want to be a youth pastor, I’d love to work with teens. Either way, I want to be a good example and let everyone I meet know how AWESOME Jesus is 🙂

    17. A(n accident) poem of ma dream:
      My dream is becoming an actress;
      and be a good example to the world;
      Not go with its madness;
      But to preach some God’s Word
