I do color guard (that's the people who spin flags, rifles, and sabers at parades and with the marching band) and it's a lot harder than it looks, because the key to guard is making what you do look easy. And this is a slightly dated picture of me, but it's the best i have on this computer. I like English and Spanish, I read my Bible at school, and i love to sing. My life has been really really easy, and i think that maybe someday soon things will get tough. I mean, it is almost TOO easy when everyone else's life is so hard. I have always been sort of detatched when it comes to sympathy, yet i am moved when i see a homeless person sleeping on a bench or coming to the soup kitchen, and i always want to help him get back on his feet. The verse Hebrews 13:2 caught my attention and lines up with this. Maybe someday i will be able to open my home to strangers. When that time comes i will do it gladly. I may also become a missionary. All other career choices seem hollow and empty.
