Bible Study Hacks You Wish You’d Thought Of

Looking for ways to go deeper with God this year? Check out these Bible study hacks that will forever change the way you explore scripture.

1. Scripture Color Coding

This is a great way to organize your reading visually! With color coding you can break down the scriptures according to promises, warnings, key terms or however you’d like. Just grab your favorite set of highlighters and go to town!

2. Printable Bible Tabs

Anyone who’s picked up a Bible is familiar with the struggle of flipping around to find that certain chapter. Bible tabs are just another easy way to find what you’re looking for.

3. Verse Mapping

You have to check out Kristy’s site in the link below. Verse mapping is an in-depth look at scripture that will forever change your understanding.

4. Scripture Cards

Only four items needed here: flashcards, a key ring, a hole puncher and your trusty pen. Scripture cards are a great way to memorize key verses by flipping through them each day. You can even organize each stack of verses by category like Strength, Faith, Leadership, Prayer, etc.

5. Two Columns

Make a left column for the verse and a right column for your thoughts.

I LOVE my Bible verse flashcards that I keep on a key ring. Vera Bradley sells note cards that come on a ring and it’s the perfect way to study the Scriptures in fashion!
