CONTEMPLATING SUICIDE OR SELF HARM? PLEASE REACH OUT FOR HELP!
If you’re having suicidal thoughts or you have self-harming behavior:
- If you’re currently thinking about suicide or about harming yourself it’s important that you get help immediately. Call 9-1-1. Contact an adult whom you can trust. Go to the local emergency room. Make sure to get yourself to a safe place IMMEDIATELY. You can also call The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline: 1-800-273-TALK (8255)
Remember, suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. There are people who will help.
