I would like to point out that the new Noah movie is actually not much of a Christian movie. It’s based more on what scientists/historians believed happened during this event; in fact Noah was directed by an Atheist.
Honestly, the Noah movie is kinda disturbing. It paints a picture of Noah as being insane almost to the point of being homocidal. And the rock monster angels are kinda weird, too.
I found this an interesting read: http://drbrianmattson.com/journal/2014/3/31/sympathy-for-the-devil
In it, Dr. Mattson talks about what he believes is the actual source of the story for the movie. He follows up and defends his earlier observations with this post: http://drbrianmattson.com/journal/2014/4/1/just-once-more
The movie was indeed directed by an athiest, btw. And it would seem that his sole purpose was to confuse people and divide the Christian community over this movie. And I think he did a fair job of it. We as a community don’t need another thing to disagree over, but here we have it, and it is doing a wonderful job.
neverland is amazing!!!!!!!
