Christi’s Corner Music News: Jamie Grace’s New Album in 2014 and More!

PI Girls, our blogger Christi is here sharing the latest in Christian music news and media! Christi is a host on the JCTV Network and has a show online called Christi’s Corner Music News that is broadcast on social media for the network. Join the fun and get the latest news right here!

Jamie Grace is set to release her latest album, Ready to Fly, on January 28, 2014. Her newest single is called “Beautiful Day.” (Don’t miss my cover of this song for Project Inspired here.) Jamie Grace also released the single “Fighter.”

Check out the official lyric video for “Fighter” here:

The Sidewalk Prophets released their latest album, Merry Christmas to You, in September 2013. It consists of 14 tracks, some originals and some classic Christmas covers we all know and love. They even did some collaborations with artists like Francesca Battistelli. Get the single “White Christmas” on iTunes.

Merry Christmas to You is a fun, upbeat, modern rock spin on many famous Christmas tunes, so make sure to take a listen! For those of you who aren’t familiar with Sidewalk Prophets’ music, they have some popular songs on the Christian charts called “Live Like That” and “You Love Me Anyway.” “You Love Me Anyway” was released in 2010 and is one of the songs the Sidewalk Prophets are known for. It sounds very rock, almost country. They’re an awesome band, so be sure to check them out, PI readers!

Finally, I want to take this time to ask for the Project Inspired family and community to pray for the Crouch family and their friends, as they have lost a loved one: Dr. Paul Crouch, who founded the Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN), the largest Christian television station in the world. TBN has reached multiple thousands of souls for the Lord, and Paul’s wife, Jan, has also committed her life to sharing the gospel. JCTV is a station under the TBN Networks, and there are many channels and satellites airing the gospel around the world because of Paul and Jan. Paul has left a legacy for the Kingdom of God and has impacted many lives.

Feel free to comment below and write a prayer for the family, friends and loved ones affected by the passing of Paul F. Crouch Sr. Thank you, PI family.

Praying! That’s so sad! I once lost a friend…..he was a sea turtle (totally off topic), but we had been friends for YEARS. He got hit by a boat badly, so one day, when we weren’t there…..they put to sleep. I cried so hard because all that left of him was his print on his tub. It took forever to find a new best sea turtle friend. But, I wish him peace in heaven, and hI miss a TON.
