Christi’s Covers: “Oceans (Where Feet May Fail)” by Hillsong United
Written by Christi Given | May 24, 2013
Every week, I will be covering the latest in Christian music in my new posts, Christi’s Covers. In the posts, I’ll pick a song, sing it for you, explain which lyrics inspired me and more!
Girls, this week, I’m singing “Oceans (Where Feet May Fail)” by Hillsong United…I hope you enjoy!
My favorite part of the song is when she sings, “For I am yours, and you are mine.” I also love, “Spirit lead me where my trust is without borders, let me walk upon the waters wherever you may call me…”
The lyrics in this song are so powerful! Below is the full song from the album “Zion.” Enjoy and be blessed!
Comment below and let me know YOUR favorite line or lyric in the song…are you a Hillsong fan?

I got the Hillsong United: Zion CD when it first came out in February and when I heard this song, I pretty much shared it with anyone that would listen; I loved it so much! ANd I still do! You sound amazing in your cover, Christi:)

I totally agree it’s a simple yet powerful song 🙂 It’s like a “Lean on God” song to me when I look at it.
