Christi’s Top Fall and Winter Fashion Inspirations!

Since fall is already here and winter will be here before we know it, I was inspired to share several different fall and winter fashion ideas with you! The ideas are simple and practical for all shapes, sizes and budgets. Ready, set, let’s look at the latest in fashion together!

Look #1: Layers, boots and scarves

Pair your fall boots with a sweater, belt and fun prints…then add some jewelry! Adding a belt over a light sweater is a cute and easy outfit update.

Look #2: An elegant night on the town in a peplum dress and clutch!

Try chandelier earrings with simple or sparkly heels, a clutch and a pretty dress. Peplum dresses are in fashion with the ruffle detail, but any classy dress will do as long as you feel great in it! Pointy heels also are in style this season.

Look #3: These boots were made for walkin’ (knee high boots)

The higher the boot, the better! And no, I don’t just mean heel height…flat riding boots are very in! Add a sweater during the holidays and finish your look with a cute purse or stylish accessory. It’s the perfect comfortable holiday look! I love hair jewelry and high collars, too.

Look #4: Fun dresses with leggings, boots, accessories and a splash of color!

Lace dresses are very fashionable right now. Leggings always look amazing with boots, whether short or tall, and a nice handbag enhances your new “look.” Burgundy also is really in style this season, so try a coat of burgundy nail polish for a fresh twist on the trend.

What other fashion trends are in for fall/winter? What’s your favorite look this season?

    1. Would it be possible to do posts such as these more often? I highly enjoyed it! Rather than having one of the bloggers explain ways to wear different fashion pieces, and show the articles of clothing in pictures, you actually modeled them! Don’t get me wrong, I love all fashion posts by you PI bloggers, but it makes a difference when you see the clothing pieces modeled by someone! Thank you very much! 😀
